Circulation and Distribution

Each issue of Energize Alberta is delivered to rural residences, farm households, as well as business leaders in downtown Calgary and Edmonton through the distribution systems of three publishing companies: JuneWarren-Nickle’s Energy Group, Great West Newspapers and Farm Business Communications.

Based on 2.5 readers per copy, close to half a million Albertans are exposed to each edition of Energize Alberta. The paper’s website and the digital edition extend the reach even further.

What is this Energize Alberta?

Energize Alberta wants to help create an open dialogue of energy discussion for all Albertans. With the goal of serving as an open discussion platform for privat, business sector and Government.

 

Energize Alberta is a new publication all about energy.

It will deliver a total energy message to a widespread audience of urban, rural, and agricultural Albertans in a way that helps build the knowl­edge base necessary to ensure a sustainable energy future.

Each issue will examine the energy landscape through three key lenses: petroleum, power, and renewables. The main feature stories and accompanying regular con­tent will focus on connecting the energy dots in a way that helps readers better understand how all things energy are important to their lives—and all the content will link the three key components of the “Triple E” equation (energy, the economy, and the environ­ment).

Energize Alberta is the result of an innovative partnership between three leading publishers: JuneWarren-Nickle’s En­ergy Group, Farm Business Communica­tions, and Great West News­papers. All owned by Glacier Media, the three partners have collaborated to develop a unique publica­tion for a unique audience, at a critical time in Alberta’s energy evolu­tion. More than 200,000 Alberta businesses and households will receive Energize Alberta every two months, for an estimated readership audience of more than 500,000 Albertans.
